Ministry of Commerce spokesperson Shu Jueting said at a regular press conference held on June 9 that on the evening of June 9, China will host the 12th BRICS Economic and Trade Ministers’ Meeting in Beijing via video. BRICS members and representatives of relevant international organizations will attend the meeting.
The meeting of BRICS trade and economic ministers will exchange views on topics such as digital economy, trade and investment and sustainable development, supply chain cooperation, and support for the multilateral trading system, and make economic and trade preparations for the 14th meeting of BRICS leaders, said Shu Jueting
